"Take the first step in faith. You don't need to see the whole staircase just take the

next step."

Next Recovery offers our residents and others individual life coaching with our staff members.

You and a staff member will have scheduled weekly meetings to discuss your life and recovery progress.

Life and recovery coaching is action-oriented, emphasizing creating a strong foundation to help you cope and thrive in life without substance.

We also work closely with family and loved ones who have been affected by the disease of addiction. We offer comprehensive, individualized life coaching for both men and women. A unique life plan is completed with each individual and family based on their specific needs.

At Next Recovery's Life & Recovery Skills, you will learn how to take care of:

Your Health – making informed, healthy decisions abstaining from all drug and alcohol use, maintaining a nutritious diet and exercise routine, and adequately managing emotional issues such as stress, anxiety, and depression.

Your Home – learn how to create and live in a safe home environment where you feel secure, supported, and receive comfort and understanding, and tolerance.

Your Purpose – encourage participation in volunteering, going to work, or continuing education.

Your Community – Work together to learn how to maintain healthy relationships that provide support, love, and friendship.

Your Goals- Learning how to set attainable personal goals, achieve them, and keep life moving forward to prevent old habits from seeping back in.

Your Finances -Working together to manage personal finance, learn how to budget and plan for a future of self-reliance.
